Brian McFadden has welcomed his first child with his fiancée Danielle Parkinson, the thrilled Westlife singer has confirmed.
The couple previously suffered two devastating miscarriages, leaving Danielle to describe the newborn as their “miracle” baby.
Brian, 41, confirmed the birth of their first child together on social media, sharing a black and white snap of the family out for a walk.
Taken from behind, Danielle, 39, could be seen pushing the newborn in a stroller, as they celebrated the “best week” of their lives.
Proud dad Brian wrote: “Mammy, Daddy and baby out for our first walk together. It’s been the best week of our life @daniparky”.
The couple has yet to confirm the baby’s name, and have not shared the child’s date of birth with fans.
Danielle previously opened up about her pregnancy in an interview with OK Magazine, discussing her experience of IVF in the lead up to motherhood.
“We’re due on 14 May. But they said normally with your first baby it can be early,” she said.
“It does [feel like a miracle] but I feel awful saying that, as I’ve had so many messages on Instagram,” Danielle went on.
“The IVF community is so lovely and I’ve heard real traumatic stories from people who have been trying for 10 years, people who have had eight-plus miscarriages, so I feel we got lucky on our third attempt.”
Danielle and Brian received advice from Royal couple Zara and Mike Tindall when it came to adopting the best diet for fertility, which they credit with boosting their odds of conception.
The teacher-turned-blogger explained: “After we had the miscarriage, we sat with them and talked. This woman would put us on a certain diet, and Mike guaranteed it would work. He was completely right.”
Former Westlife singer Brian has two teenage daughters, Molly and Lilly, from his marriage to ex-wife Kerry Katona.
After splitting from Atomic Kitten singer Kerry, he had a long-term relationship with Australian singer and actress Delta Goodrem, before marrying model Vogue Williams in 2012.
Brian met former PE teacher Danielle in 2016 when they were introduced to one another by the singer Cole Paige.
Clearly smitten, he moved to Rochdale to be close to Danielle, who previously taught students at the Matthew Moss High School in the Greater Manchester town.
The sweethearts got engaged three years later, with Brain telling fans: “FYI I got engaged to the beautiful @DaniParky. And yes I’m very very happy xxxx.”
