“Me just walking around like a potato. But now I am like whatever – don’t care.
“But it definitely was a major insecurity part of my life, I felt like I had to look like I was on the red carpet, because I don’t want to disappoint anyone.”
Talking about growing up in the spotlight, Zara admitted she initially found it okay as her home country of Sweden is paparazzi free.
She said: “People just don’t care. Like we don’t have paparazzi at all. That is just not a thing.
“People are very very shy. They just don’t want to talk, don’t want to look at each other. That is just Swedish nature.
“It is very rare to have things like that. Sometimes people point and whisper but that is fine.
“I feel like everyone who does it very nice. I have never had a mean person walk up to me.”
After Jamie quizzed her about the lack of paps, the starlet added: “I don’t think people care that much.
“The people they write about in the gossip magazines is the same people as 35 years ago.
“There are just not that many people. “
