Carole Baskin snubs Tiger King season 2 as she tells bosses to 'lose her number'

Carole Baskin has reportedly told Netflix that she does not want to be part of the next season of Tiger King that is rumoured to be in the pipeline.

Carole who was one of the lead personalities in the original season and helped keep the nation glued to the TV in the first lockdown has said to producers to “lose her number”.

The BBC reported that Netflix secured the rights to make more of the show but with Carole out and Joe Exotic in prison exactly what shape the show will take is some what confusing.

Carole is believed to be unhappy with how her story was presented, in particular the way details around her ex-husband’s disappearance were discussed in the show, reports The Mirror.

Carole’s husband, Don Lewis, went missing in 1997 and Tiger King’s Joe Exotic put forward his theory in the first season that he was fed to a tiger by Carole, something she strenuously denies.

“I told them to lose my number,” Carole said. “Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.”

Carole revealed she’d been receiving nuisance calls after the show had aired and the show affected her family.
