Stacey Solomon is “so excited” to welcome a baby girl after revealing the gender of her upcoming arrival.
The Loose Women star, 31, took to Instagram to gush about the excitement of hosting a “girly” baby shower after only ever having had boys before.
Stacey posted the good news that she is expecting a baby girl on Friday after a scan revealed the gender of her baby.
Speaking to her 4.5million followers on her Instagram story, Stacey wrote: “There is soooo much I want to talk to you about. And so many questions I want to ask…
“I cannot wait to go baby shopping and buy dresses and make girly stuff for my baby shower!” she added with crying emojis.

“And decorate a girl’s bedroom. Honestly I cannot even get my head around it! I am so excited!”
Stacey addressed her followers: “If there’s anything you want to ask me about Baby Pickle… ask away and I’ll try to answer […] or if you have any advice I’d love to hear it too!”

Stacey also shared a tiny pink dress embellished with a pink rose design, and what looked to be a girly nursery with a white cot and floral wallpaper.
She initially announced the news on Friday with a sweet snapshot of her and fiancé Joe Swash surrounded by a bunch of pink balloons, and an adorable pic of her three boys Leighton, Zachary and Rex holding a sign that read: “What on earth is a sister? Baby girl coming soon!”

“I cannot believe I’m writing this. We are growing a little baby girl. To our darling boys, you are the best big brothers anyone could wish for and your little sister is the luckiest girl in the world to have you all by her side.
“I honestly have no words… Mummy, Daddy and ALL of your big brothers cannot wait to meet you, little one! we love you so so much already darling girl,” Stacey gushed.
In another emotional video, Stacey admitted she was ‘worried’ about having a girl after only having had sons.
