Loose Women panellists were horrified today when the set collapsed live on air.
Ronan Keating’s wife Storm starred on the show today, beginning her stint as a regular Loose Woman.
Storm was seated near the part of the set that collapsed when a large panel came loose behind her.
The Loose Women were horrified when the set began to collapse around them.
Fortunately, the heavy panel – that made a loud crash – did not hit her or any of the other stars on today’s show.
Storm Keating appeared to be shocked when the panel fell to the ground, with all of the women on the show letting out a loud gasp.
The set collapsed as Coleen Nolan was discussing her childhood sweetheart, referring to Harry Kane and his partner who shared a sweet kiss after last night’s EURO 2020 match which saw England lose to Italy.
As the Nolan sister was chatting away, the large panel fell to the floor with a loud bang which startled the women.
Host Charlene White said: “That’s just part of the set. It’s not normally a health and safety nightmare like this,” in a bid to reassure the news panellist, Storm.
Coleen added: “I’m not being funny but the budget for this show is off the scale.”
Charlene said: “The sticky-backed plastic’s not working. Someone’s going to secretly go backstage and pick that up.”
Charlene joked that Storm thought her husband Ronan was trying to storm the set to stop her from discussing her childhood sweetheart.
