Britney Spears isn’t holding back, as the court hearings continue to examine her ongoings of her controversial conservatorship.
Yesterday she told the hearing she’s “always been scared of her drunk dad Jamie”, who is currently in charge of her life.
The 39-year-old mum-of-two also made shocking claims that her family stayed at the beach house she paid for while they left her behind.
She told the court hearing in an emotional speech: “I’ve always been scared of my dad.
“I was scared he would show up drunk.
“I counted and in one week alone, I was abandoned 63 times by all of my family members as I sat in the trailer and watched them leave from the window.”
Overcome with emotion, she added: “My team took everything from me. They even took my hair vitamins away.
“That’s not abuse, it’s f***ing cruel. I still can’t even drink coffee.”
Fans have been praising Britney for her bravery and honesty in speaking out in court.
She insisted: “I’m not sure how long it takes to get a restraining order but I want to file for abuse and an investigation against my dad.
“He knocked down a door and shook my son.
“My lawyer (Sam Ingham) didn’t fight for me.
“My lawyer did not fight for me one time. I am angry and I will go there.”
Her previous lawyer, court appointed Sam Ingham, resigned from her team last week following an explosive speech from Britney that shocked fans around the world.
Britney continued to criticise her father’s role in her conservatorship, saying: “I would prefer if Jodi [co-conservator Jodi Montgomery] stays in place and works with me. But not my dad.”
Britney went on to claim that her family and those around her have pushed her the brink.
She alleged: “I worked so much it’s illegal despite what these stupid people say. I’m not crazy!
“What makes me the most mad is my family… my family all were hanging out together at a beach house I bought when my dad was trying to investigate me.”
Britney continued: “My dad needs to be removed. He needs to be removed today.
“I’m fine with Jodi helping me to get more confidence and get out to the real world but I need my dad gone.”
It became too much for Britney to speak as she started crying hard and struggled to speak.
The judge stepped in to give her a break.
Judge Penny told her: “I know this must be very difficult for you. Please take your time and take a moment.”
The next court hearing is scheduled for September 29.
There may be further discussions before then, as lawyers are meeting for a call on Monday.
During this week’s hearing Penny granted Britney permission to hire her own lawyer, and she has now brought on Hollywood lawyer Mathew S. Rosengart, who is a former federal prosecutor.
