Love Island fans were left covering their eyes on Sunday night as Aaron Francis tried to kiss Lucinda Strafford in front of her new partner Danny Bibby.
After a dramatic exit from Sharon Gaffka, the cheeky VIP events host took his moment to try and make moves on Lucinda.
However, it didn’t go down well with newcomer Danny Bibby, who had just recoupled with the gorgeous blonde.
Fans rushed to their keyboards to discuss the awkward moment which saw Lucinda lean back away as Aaron leaned forward for a smooch.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “Aaron giving creepy vibes there, leaning in for a kiss when she gave you no vibes that she wants to be kissed. the cringe.”

Another added: “Aaron is sooooo cringe. He wanted to kiss her badly.”
A third person posted: “Nah Aaron you’ve disgraced us today, proper beta male behaviour.”
While a fourth social media user said: “Aaron relax. At this moment in time you’re looking ridiculous. We’ll get Lucinda and Danny out soon enough. Chill man.”
Some fans were left confused by the incident after Lucinda had been explaining moments earlier how much Aaron was her type.

One noted: “But wasn’t Lucinda just saying how much Aaron is her type? So why running away from the kiss then? #loveisland.”
“Getting the second hand embarrassment from Lucinda curving that kiss from Aaron after saying that she wanted to be in a couple with him #LoveIsland,” shared another.
A third echoed: “Lucinda saying she wants to be with Aaron then acting shocked when he tried to kiss her lol she’s so bizarre #LoveIsland.”
The pair’s interaction caused confusion due to Lucinda seemingly interested in both men.

Before the kiss, Aaron said: “I’d kiss you right here in front of him but…” with Lucinda asking: “Really?”
“One hundred percent,” Aaron confirmed, as Lucinda commented: “You’re like that, you’re a bit like that aren’t you.
However as a confident Aaron went in for the kiss, Lucinda wasn’t so sure and backed away as viewers could see Danny’s prying eyes in the background.
“Are you having a laugh? You’ve got a little naughty streak I reckon,” she added.

Back in front of the cameras behind the scenes, Aaron opened up on why he’d decided to make his move there and then.
“I had to do it, if I didn’t do it, I would’ve really regretted it.
“You gotta back yourself, you’ve got to go for it and I did get swerved,” he told viewers.
