Danielle Lloyd has opened up about the terrifying moment she was rushed to hospital after collapsing at home.
The former WAG, who has recently revealed she’s having a baby girl with electrician beau Michael O’Neill, detailed the horror incident, which occurred during her pregnancy.
Danielle shared that her sons raised the alarm and called the emergency services after she collapsed at home.
Paying tribute to Archie, 11, Harry, 10, George, seven, and Ronnie, three, Danielle told OK!: “It was really traumatic. I was at home alone with the kids and I got terrible pains in my tummy.
“I went to the toilet and I fell and passed out, it was so scary.”
The 37-year-old former Miss Great Britain star added: “The baby is fine, thank God.
“When we got to the hospital they did loads of checks.”
Danielle retweeted a message from her mum Jackie, who thanked the staff at Birmingham’s Heartland Hospital for looking after her daughter.
She posted: “So grateful for the kids quick decision to get the neighbours, for them to get the ambulance and for the ambulance crew and staff at the heartland hospital to attend to my daughter.”
Jackie added: “Thank you to everyone involved.”
Danielle recently revealed that she couldn’t believe she was having a girl following having four sons.
Speaking to new! magazine, the former Celebrity Big Brother star said: “I’m over the moon. I can’t really believe it, to be honest.
“I don’t think it will feel real until she arrives.”
Danielle shared that during the scan, hubby of two years Michael gave her a piece of paper which said “It’s 99% a baby girl,” which saw her overcome with emotion and “burst into tears straight away”.
Danielle previously revealed that if her fifth child wasn’t a girl that she’d have gone through controversial gender selection.
Danielle had said to MailOnline that she had “made no secret of wanting a girl”.
She shares Archie, Harry and George with ex, Jamie O’Hara and three-year-old Ronnie with Michael.
Danielle had been planning on flying to Dubai over summer for the procedure and in 2019, she revealed she had been to the Fakih IVF centre in UAE for a consultation.
The procedure has been condemned by WHO (World Health Organisation) and is illegal in Britain.
