Scarlett Moffatt has shared an emotional and candid post, alongside a snap of her looking stunning in a bikini.
The Gogglebox star, 30, posed for a pic in a blue and white two-piece bikini, with her hair pinned back and dark sunglasses perched on top of her head.
The Queen of the I’m A Celeb jungle laid her insecurities bare as she opened up about her feelings to her 2 million followers.
She talked about her feelings in the caption alongside.
The star penned: “This shouldn’t be a big deal but it is and I’m actually crying whilst writing this. It’s took me so many years to gain confidence with my body.”

She continued: “I’ve let it down at times and missed out on holidays and nights out because I’ve not liked what I’ve seen in the mirror.”
In an admission that many of her fans are sure to relate to, Scarlett revealed she has spent the last 5 years “not daring to wear a bikini”.
Scarlett was looking to encourage others, and she explained: “I hope this gives you the confidence to buy that dress, that bikini, not miss out just because your body doesn’t fit into a certain category”

She added: “Because let me tell you all these things are made up nobody is too slim, too curvy, too athletic, too many stretch marks, too much cellulite.”
She signed off adding: “Live your best life!”
Scarlett is currently sunning it up in Antigua, and has also been sharing pics and explaining on her stories exactly what she did to prepare.
She joked about getting up at 6.30am on holiday as she was so excited.
