Love Island accidentally airs islander's bare boob in awkward dressing room clip

Love Island risked infringing its own rules on Wednesday night’s episode, when it accidentally aired an islander’s bare boob on ITV2.

Almost half way through the programme, while the ladies were getting ready for their night in the dressing room, the camera focused on Abigail Rawlings. But in the background someone’s chest was also in full display.

The islander’s bare breast was spotted by an eagle-eyed viewer who immediately took to Twitter to share the quick glimpse with other Love Island fans.

Sharing a snap of the mystery boob, the fan who spotted the editing blunder simply tweeted: “Whose t*t?”

Other fans also rushed to the social media platform to find out who was exposed on the show and complained about what they were able to see.

One viewer commented: “Not Love Island not checking the footage before releasing and capturing a boob slip.”

Another questioned: “So uhhh… no one’s going to mention the boob that fully popped out on camera that the producers missed?”

While a third said: “The f**k did I just watch lmao whole t*t out on screen? in this economy?”

According to Love Island rules, cast members are not permitted to be completely nude in front of each other.

This same rules apply when they are in the shower or bath.

The reason for this is because the villa is classified as a public space and stripping off in public is considered to be an offence.

Similarly, while Love Island did initially have a smoking area in previous series, smoking is now strictly forbidden inside the house, at the pool or while in the garden.

Masturbation is also off the cards as well as unsafe sex. Not only this, but all islanders must be in possession of the complete rule book at all times.

Although this was a major slip up, this is not the first time an editing blunder has taken place on the show.

Earlier this week Faye Winter’s head was bizarrely cropped out of a shot while she walked down steps and made her way to the swimming pool.

Eagle-eyed fans also noticed the strange moment too.

Sharing the clip on TikTok in slow motion, one viewer wrote: “Another editing mistake Love Island,” followed by a laughing face emoji.

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2
