Ant McPartlin and Anne-Marie Corbett are set to jet off on a “familymoon” with her two daughters after the couple tied the knot at a star-studded ceremony in Hampshire on Saturday.
The I’m a Celeb host Ant, 45, also paid a sweet and heartfelt tribute to his new wife’s two daughters from a previous marriage to Scott Corbett on the big day.
Teenagers Poppy and Daisy were both bridesmaids, along with best man Declan Donnelly’s daughter Isla.
While enjoying the lavish wedding reception with around 150 guests at Heckfield Place, Ant reportedly told the star-studded wedding party: “I’m grateful they call me dad.”
Emotional and happy, Ant was overjoyed to be marrying his “rock” who is his former PA and the one who supported him through his rough patch after breaking up with his ex-wife Lisa Armstrong.
The 45-year-old TV star spoke about the moment where he said: “When Anne-Marie walked into the church, I had to fight to hold it together as she looked so beautiful,” reported The Sun.
Anne-Marie’s mum Anne also thanked Ant for being a “great stepdad” as they wed.
It was reported that her two daughters performed readings inside the church.
The couple emerged from the Heckfield church once vows had been exchanged. They then posed for a smooch before heading to the lavish venue to party the night away.
The newlyweds shared their first dance to a Coldplay medley, while their three-tiered cake featured their adorable pet dogs.
Performance-wise, they went for an Abba tribute act Bjorn Again along with barbershop quartet The Herringbone Cocktail Club.
The VIP guest list included stars such as Cat Deeley, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon, Frank and Christine Lampard, Phillip Schofield and Stephen Mulhern.
Though one of their TV pals was surprisingly not in attendance as Holly Willoughby, failed to turn up but was among the first to congratulate the newlyweds on social media.
Geordie lad Ant reportedly treated his attendees to an ultra-lavish spa day on Sunday at the Heckfield Place hotel, having already spent a whopping £100,000 on accommodation for his 100 guests.
As part of their spa package, Ant splashed the cash again reportedly paying for not only their room service, £180 massages at 90 minutes each, and £100 manicures and pedicures.
