A man has been released on bail after an alleged attack on Katie Price.
Police and paramedics were called to a property in Essex on Monday, August 23, and a 32-year-old man arrested.
Now the man, who was arrested on suspicion of assault, theft and coercive and controlling behaviour, has been released on bail until September 20, Essex Police told Daily Star.
He was held in custody overnight.
It comes after Katie, 43, claimed to The Sun: “I ran away after being punched.”
She added: “I’ve got a big bruise, my face is all puffy, and I went to hospital. I’m still all dazed. I’m devastated.

“I’ve told police that I was assaulted, and am in shock that this happened.
“I ran away after being punched — I ran to Harvey’s house nearby and have now done damage to my feet, which I previously injured.”
The mum-of-five has a suspected fractured jaw, split lip and bruises on her face, according to The Sun.
Police cars were parked outside of a home in Essex as the mother-of-five went to hospital after paramedics were called following the alleged incident.

One police car and one police van were in attendance outside the home.
Essex Police told Daily Star on Monday: “We were called by colleagues in the ambulance service to reports of an assault in Essex shortly after 1.30am this morning, Monday 23 August.
“We arrived and found a woman had sustained a facial injury which required hospital treatment.
“A 32-year-old man was arrested a short time later on suspicion of assault. He remains in custody.”
Meanwhile, a source told The Sun: “Katie is, understandably, utterly devastated.”
It comes shortly after Katie underwent various cosmetic procedures which left her face swollen – and she later flogged gruesome clips of her surgery to fans for just £4.99.
In a clip posted to her YouTube channel, Katie shared her journey to Turkey to undergo the procedure, giving the gory details of her full body liposuction under her chin, eye and lip lifts, and how she had fat injected into her bum.
The star also suffered broken feet while on holiday in Turkey back in 2020, caused by her falling from a 25ft wall.
She had to undergo a gruelling eight-hour operation to fuse the bones back together, after fearing she would never be able to walk again.
