Jeremy Clarkson’s daughter Emily has shared an inspirational post on body positivity after she took part in a body confidence campaign.
The 27-year-old stripped off for the day when she became a canvas for Sophie Tea’s artwork as she wore nothing but boob tape and tiny underwear before she was drenched in neon colours.
The blonde bombshell shared the piece of art on Sunday following the campaign shoot to help empower those who feel self-conscious about their bodies and show them how they can let go of their insecurities.
The star admitted that as someone who also struggled with her appearance, she found the whole experience freeing as she stepped outside of her “comfort zone” in the bare-all photoshoot.
In a lengthy Instagram post, Emily shared her experience with her anxieties surrounding her body.
She wrote: “I do not even get naked in gym changing rooms. What I did yesterday was about as far from a comfort zone as you could get me. And today I feel FREE.
“You know it because I’ve said it a million times- I f***ing hated my body. All of it. And for years I was at war with myself; daily battles raged as I tried the next thing and the next thins in a constant bid to change and shrink myself.
“As I was being painted yesterday (wondering what the actual s***ing f**k I was thinking of) I just kept thinking: this is for her.
She added: “For the men with my arms strapped across my stomach, hating summer, sweating under too many layers.
“For the girls who stood in front of the mirror pinching so hard at her fat angry welts appeared. For me of then, and those of now; still fighting.
“And, beautifully, mercifully, from the moment the brush hit my skin; it ceased to be about me at all. And the parts of MYSELF that I didn’t like.
“There was no room for my insecurities. Because every inch of that room was FULL to the brim of female empowerment the scale of which I’ve never seen before.”
Emily went on to add that 50 women took part in the online campaign which aims to promote a healthy body image to young people.
The Top Gear star’s daughter went on to emphasise to her 198,000 followers that “social media isn’t real” and users need to push past the ideal standards forced on women through social media.
The blonde beauty previously took to her Instagram stories to share her thoughts on the topic.

She penned: “The amount of time most of us spend on social media it’s only normal that we will from time to time compare ourselves to the images that we see on here, PLEASE LET THIS BE A REMINDER THAT THIS S**T AINT REAL.
“Still these apps exist, they get more advanced every day and there is no regulation at all which means people can make all these alterations without declaring it. It’s all sorts of wonky,” she added.
“And change has to happen but until it does we have to remember that we are enough, without all this sh**e. And that we must never compete our realities with someone else’s virtual depiction of themselves.”
Emily is engaged to Alex Andrew, a former member of Dublin boyband Taken.
The couple have been dating since 2013 after they met at Glastonbury Festival.
When the couple announced their engagement in March 2020 Jeremy said he was on his farm when he found out and was “so so happy”.
But despite their eight-year relationship being public,Emily shared how she had been approached by ITV producers to star in Love Island last year.
She wrote in The Sun at the time: “A producer at ITV rang, wanting to know if I was a) single and b) interested in appearing in the next series of Love Island.
“And if I wasn’t single but was interested, would I dump my boyfriend, Alex, for the opportunity…
“I think what the producer was trying to tell me was that they wanted someone not quite as fit as the rest of them, but a bit smarter. No offence.
“It was a flattering call… [But] I am so not Love Island – or the face of the inevitable Missguided deal every female Islander leaves with.”
