Love Island star Danny Bibby was spotted performing at an under-18s event ahead of Monday night’s finale.
The 25-year-old appeared on the most recent series of Love Island and notoriously sparked more than 1,500 Ofcom complaints following the discovery by fans of the ITV2 dating show that he had used a racial slur while commenting on an Instagram post before entering the villa.
He was dumped from Love Island after a handful of days alongside AJ Bunker, as Lucinda Strafford chose to recouple with Aaron Francis instead of him.
In videos posted recently to social media site TikTok, Danny can be seen performing at an event which is reported to have taken place at under-18s club in Kent.
A caption ran alongside the video claimed the star was performing at a “10-year-old kid’s birthday party”.
In the video, Danny can be seen dancing on stage at a busy event, while holding a microphone in his hand.
He is later captured interacting with the crowd while singing along to the Big Shaq song Man’s Not Hot.
The video’s caption reads: “Right then who’s booked Danny for their 10-year-old kid’s birthday party because this is wildly inappropriate.”
Danny’s appearance at the event comes after he apologised for using a racial slur on Instagram prior to his appearance on Love Island.
Last month, Danny wrote: “Whilst I was made aware of this and issued an apology whilst in the villa, the matter has always been on the front of my mind during the days in there and I would like to now add to what was said.
“After seeing all the comments and reaction to the post, I understand more that the use of the word, even in the way it was written and intended, is deeply offensive to people and I am truly sorry for using that word.
“I was always aware that written in the other way was a vile term, and I would never use it. But I was unaware that the way I used it was not.”
Love Island ended earlier this week, with Millie Court and Liam Reardon being crowned as winners.
They split the £50,000 cash prize, with Chloe Burrows and Toby Aromolaran finishing as runners-up.
