Amanda Holden has been forced to rush to a charity shop in order to buy her own clothes back due to her misbehaving nan Myrtle handing them over as freebies.
This is part of a storyline in her new spoof show The Holden Girls: Mandy & Myrtle, which will kick off at 10pm on Tuesday on E4.
The new documentary-style series will follow Amanda and her beloved and often outspoken northern Nan Myrtle as they attempt to live together for the first time.
In the preview clip, the star can be seen running into the charity shop asking for her clothes back stating they aren’t for no donation and that she does still wear them.
As Amanda frantically searched for her lavish garments, her naughty nan asks: “Mandy, were these yours?”
But unluckily for Amanda, she couldn’t find the cerise pink satin ballgown that she planned on wearing to the BAFTAs.
The shop assistant said: “We did actually sell that yesterday.”
To which Myrtle replied: “How much did you get for that, love?”
The shop worker answered: “We sold it for £15.”
Mischievous nan then asked her granddaughter: “How much was it, Mandy?”
And a rather annoyed Amanda said: “More than that.”
Amanda then went on to find a bunch of other items that were hers, which came to a total of £290.
The new comedy show will air straight after Married at First Sight UK on E4 at 10pm, followed straight by the second episode that plays afterwards at 10.35pm.
Viewers have been trying to work out who is playing Amanda’s nan for the past fortnight, after seeing the trailers for the show air.
But it has now been revealed that it is Celebrity Juice’s Leigh Francis who is in fact starring as nan Myrtle.
Speculation on how it was behind the mask was rife about who is playing the character, with Leigh as a firm guess followed by Alan Carr and Ant and Dec too.
But according to the Radio Times, the role of nan Myrtle is being played by the Keith Lemon star.
The listing for The Holden Girls: Mandy & Myrtle reads: “Spoof documentary following actress and broadcaster Amanda Holden and her grandmother Myrtle, played by Leigh Francis.
“A concerned Amanda persuades her lonely nan to relocate from Doncaster to live with her in her swanky London house.
“Following a chaotic settling-in period, it isn’t long before tempers fray and Amanda is forced to choose between her husband and her awkward elder relative.”
The Holden Girls: Mandy & Myrtle kicks off tonight (September 7) at 10pm on E4
