Sir David Jason’s net worth is an estimated £7.2million, according to wealth website Celebrity Net Worth.

So how did he make his millions? Sir David’s career started before Only Fools and Horses.

His on-screen debut came in 1964 at the age of 24 when he played the part of Bert Bradshaw in Crossroads.

He went on to secure a number of other roles, including on shows such as Do Not Adjust Your Set, Magpie and Hugh and I.

In addition to appearing on TV, he also acted in radio comedies, but he is best known for his part in the comedy, which ran from 1981 to 1991.

There were also 16 Christmas specials, which aired until 2003. David reportedly earned a £1million salary for the job.

Even though it is years since the show ended, David earns an eye-watering amount of money from it to this day.

In 2017, it was revealed that David was on the list of BBC’s top earners, with a salary of between £300,000 and £349,999.

All in all, it is believed that the star earns an estimated £1million a year. His earnings were revealed by the corporation tax paid by his company Peglington Productions Ltd in 2018 and 2019.

As well as his job as an actor, David has also brought in a lot of money from voiceover work, documentaries, and being an author.
