Tanya Fear, best known for her time on Doctor Who, remains missing and has not been in contact with her family or loved ones since September 9.
On September 12, a report was made that someone had “spotted” her in Santa Monica after last being seen in the Hollywood Bowl area of LA days prior.
Her cousin had previously taken to Twitter to share the news that Tanya had been missing for a “few days now” after revealing that she was last seen at her apartment in the Hollywood Bowl area.
In the most recent update, she has been informed that someone had said they had spotted Tanya on September 12.

She said: “UPDATE: Tanya was last seen on 12th September at Trader Joe’s on 7310 Santa Monica Blvd (close to N. LA Brea Ave). Anyone in that area please keep your eyes open! Thank you for all the help. Contact @FindTanyaFear or (213)-927-2971.”
The Find Tanya Fear Twitter account later added: “Let’s keep the description of what she was last seen wearing out there. Thanks,” with an update of Tanya wearing a short-sleeved brown collared fitted top with a few buttons on the top and dark plaid bottoms.
The Twitter account is run by family to get as much information out there as possible, with people being reminded that she is a 5ft4″ woman with 140lbs, brown eyes and curly dark afro hair.

Although it is claimed that somebody has seen Tanya, she is yet to be in touch with family or friends, which has still left her loved ones incredibly concerned.
An urgent social media appeal launched on Sunday to find LA-based Tanya, a British actress who appeared in Doctor Who in 2005.
Friends of the actress took to Twitter to share their concerns as they said nobody has seen or heard from her since September 9.
They encouraged people to share her picture to help locate her or to get in touch if anybody knows where she is.

Her cousin is also very worried and begged the public to share a picture of Tanya as “she has no family in the US and we’re all really worried”.
Tanya was last active on social media on September 8 and was active prior to that date, though she is yet to post anything or have any online presence in the days since.
