Air ambulances land at Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm shop after crash nearby

Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm was the site of medical emergency tonight after a “serious” crash took place nearby.

Two air ambulances were forced to land at the famous farm in Oxfordshire.

The two choppers were called out following a smash on the A361 Burford Road at the junction with Chipping Norton Road shortly after 8pm.

One person was airlifted to hospital, reports Wiltshire Today.

The 1000-acre farm is located between Chipping Norton and Chadlington in Oxfordshire, in the northern tip of the Cotswolds.

The 61-year-old has owned the farm for eight years, but recently decided to take it on and document the process on his Amazon Prime show Clarkson’s Farm.

The Daily Star previously reported that the land was being invaded by swingers, with people sneaking onto the farm for secret romps.

Exhibitionists are organising meet-ups at the £12.5million pile after being shocked they weren’t stopped by guard dogs, alarms or electric fences.

A swinging source told us: “There’s a massive trend in the swinging community to add extra kicks to meets by arranging them on celebrity land.

“Because Jeremy is so outspoken, a lot of them are saying what a laugh it would be to hear what he would say if he caught them at it.”

Meanwhile, Jeremy has had to face angry locals over controversial plans to develop his farm shop.

He had to call a meeting to quash outrage over the amount of traffic that his famous shop was causing in the village, as thousands of fans flocked to the store.

Police were even called in June to manage the huge crowds trying to get into his farm.

Jeremy explained his plans and worked to alleviate concerns, telling locals he had created a temporary car park to help the traffic congestion on roads in and out of the village.

He also pointed out that the tourism would boost employment and the economy in the village.

“He has given up a wheat field for the parking and I don’t think people understand that,” said one local.

“I remember one weekend in June when there was traffic chaos, as people travel far and wide to visit the farm shop, which they have watched the Clarkson’s Farm series.

“It all got a bit acrimonious, but the locals know other ways around the site. People are not parking in the street anymore thanks to the wheat field that has been given up to accommodate cars.”
