Katherine Jenkins has discussed whether or not she will appear in I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
The classical singer’s name has often been thrown into the mix for the show’s line-up even more so now seeing as it is filmed in her native country Wales.
However, the 41-year-old has ruled out from ever appearing on the hit ITV reality show.
It comes as this year’s series will be filmed in Gwrych Castle in North Wales at the same time Katherine will also be there.
The singer insisted, however, it would be for her upcoming tour, where she will be appearing at Venue Cymru in Llandudno .

Speaking about the possibility of being on the new series lineup, she told North Wales Live: “Pretty much every year they say I’m going to be on it, especially last year [when it moved to North Wales].”
Katherine’s tour will be running from November into December throughout the UK meaning she will definitely not be a part of the I’m A Celeb lineup this year.
She will, however, be touring the UK throughout the month and into December.
The singer added: “To be honest, I love watching it but I wouldn’t do it.”

Despite, it being a firm no for I’m A Celeb the star admitted she would be open to reality shows that involved dancing or the arts.
Katherine isn’t one to shy away from these shows she previously appeared on the US version of Strictly called Dancing with the Stars where she came runner up in 2012.
Most recently, she won the popular ITV reality show The Masked Singer last year.
Last year’s I’m A Celeb was filmed in North Wales due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.

It was announced earlier this year the 2021 series would be filmed there yet again due to the travel restrictions.
Last year’s series was won by podcaster and author Giovanna Fletcher where she was crowned Queen of the Jungle.
Runners up of the show was Radio 1 DJ Jordan North and TV and Radio presenter Vernon Kay.
