Strictly's Tilly Ramsay says she's single and 'focusing on dancing' amid romance rumours

Tilly Ramsay is killing it on the Strictly Come Dancing stage this year with a number of dazzling performances.

However, the 19-year-old daughter of TV chef Gordon Ramsay has also been at the centre of Strictly Curse rumours.

The famous teen who was partnered with professional Latin dancer Nikita Kuzmin, topped the leaderboard on Saturday night with their rendition of the Charleston.

While the performance was energetic it was also clear that their connection was electric and this was picked up on by viewers at home.

Over the past few weeks as rehearsals ramped up, the pair have been linked to a number of romance speculation – even though Nikita is in a relationship.

Setting the record straight and confirming her interests in dance alone, Gordon’s daughter explained she is “single”.

Speaking to new!, Tilly said “Yes, I am single but I’m here to focus on dancing.

“I’d have been crazy to say no to Strictly Come Dancing. It really is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and most importantly I really want to learn to dance.”

After claims about the pair growing close began to surface – Nikita’s girlfriend Nicole Wirt took to social media sharing a cryptic message.

In the image that was posted to Instagram, her legs and feet were on display as she sat in the hairdressing chair.

She captioned: “Practice gratitude daily and see your view over your life shift for the better.

“Stop complaining so much over things you can’t change or control.”

Nicole finished up with: “Stay healthy & beautiful as you are guys.”

She added another dual-screen image, showcasing a picture of a single person which said: “The support.”

While the secondary picture highlighted a crowd of people, along with the words: “The congratulations.”

Adding her own stamp, she wrote: “Don’t get fooled,” along with an emoji holding a finger over it’s mouth.

Meanwhile, Tilly’s dad didn’t seem to be enamoured with Nikita who was raised Italy but actually a Ukraine native.

Ahead of his daughter’s debut, he took to Instagram insisting that the pro-dancer did “his shirt up” in the hilarious clip.
