Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock seemed to pour more fuel on the fire when it comes to her ongoing feud with former bandmate Jesy Nelson.
The songstress, who was celebrating her 30th birthday, took to the stage with a microphone to deliver an emotional speech while landing what appeared to be a dig at Jesy.
It’s been quite an emotional rollercoaster of a time for the Shout Out To My Ex hitmaker, as not only did she recently give birth to twins, but she also marked a milestone birthday earlier this month.
Celebrating with her nearest and dearest, Leigh-Anne became tearful as she began to speak, with her fiancé Andre Gray by her side.
The pop star looked stunning as she rocked a figure-hugging animal print jumpsuit in red.
Her attire included a velvet sarong that was tied at her hip and a pair of towering strappy heels.
With her husband-to-be at her side and her sister Sairah Pinnock in the crowd, she said: “Bear with me as I’m a bit drunk.
“Firstly, I want to thank you guys for joining me tonight. Thank you.
“I don’t think I’ve ever seen such an amazing set up – Sairah, amaze, you’re amazing.”
Continuing and seemingly referencing the “blackfishing” feud with Jesy, Leigh-Anne became overwhelmed with emotion as she added: “I’m 30 years old.
“I know my character, you know my character, anyone that meets me knows my f***ing character – and that’s all I care about.
“I’m so proud of everything I’ve achieved. The most beautiful fiancé, who I’m still obsessed with even after five years. I love you.
“And the two most beautiful, perfect babies…
“Everything I stand for, everything I’m fighting for, it’s for them [the twins].
“I will never stop. I have found my voice now and I will continue to use it.
“Tonight we celebrate life, best friends and amazing family. I love you all.”
Andre interjected: “You can put this on Instagram or whatever and if you’ve anything to say, come and find me. She’s my baby mother, my wife.
“If you’re going to try and disrespect my baby mother, my wife, my fiancé and my children, there’s gonna be a problem. That’s how it is.
“All I want to do is support you three. Everyone in here knows their names. When they grow up, I hope they’re just like you.”
The feud between the girls hit the headlines after a leaked direct message alleged to be from Leigh-Anne’s account showed a message that said Jesy was a “horrible person” and “she’s blocked us. Cut us off”.
Another message that surfaced, appeared to show Leigh-Anne’s account egging on a fan to mock the Boyz singer, it read: “Do a video about her being a blackfish instead.”
Both comments landed just days after Jesy unveiled her new solo career and music video with rap star Nicki Minaj last week.
In the video, Jesy can be seen wearing her hair in braids and rocking dark tan which lead to “blackfishing” claims.
Blackfishing is when a person may alter their appearance or way they act to appear black – whether that be by darkening their skin with tan or wearing hairstyles or clothing that is usually associated with black people.
Nicki and Jesy took to Instagram live to discuss the backlash.
Defending the Boyz singer, Nicki said: “Immediately that person has to wear a big red clown nose and big clown boots because you’re a big f**ing clown.”
She went on: “Sweetheart take them text messages and shove it up ur f**king a**, because when you do clown s**t I gotta treat you and talk to you like you’re a clown.”
Eagle-eyed fans then spotted that Leigh-Anne’s account had unfollowed the rap artist on social media.
Meanwhile rumours also broke out this week suggesting that Little Mix were about to part ways for good.
The former foursome shot to fame on the hit talent scouting programme The X Factor after the judges brought the girls together to form a group, they went on to be the first band to win the show in 2011.
