Holly Willoughby has revealed her surprising connection to This Morning chef Joseph Denison Carey.
The presenter, 40, returned to the ITV daytime series following a week-long break on Monday alongside Phillip Schofield.
Appearing on the show’s line-up was Joseph, 22, who was in the studio to gave a lesson on making the perfect spaghetti bolognese the traditional Italian way.
It was later revealed that Holly’s husband Dan Baldwin is his godfather.
As Joseph revealed that his bolognese sauce would contain ‘no peas or garlic’, a surprised Holly exclaimed: “No garlic?
“My husband, you know very well because he is your godfather, will chuck a pea in anything.”

A firm Joseph replied: “They don’t belong there but it’s OK because I’m here.
“I’m going to show you how to make it more traditional.”
Holly married her husband Dan, 46, in 2007.
She and the TV producer share three children together, Belle, Chester William and Harry James.

Earlier in the show, the presenter was spooked as a spider climbed into her hair live on air.
The Dancing on Ice star was introducing the show’s line-up upon her return when an alarmed Phil removed the creepy crawly from her hair.
Phil said: “It’s Halloween coming up, don’t panic, but you’ve got a spider in your hair.”
Holly screamed and yelled: “Get it out, get it out, get it out!
“Where is it?! What is it?””
Phil replied: “It’s only a little money spider,” to which Holly took issue.
The annoyed star said: “Oh gosh. Can you say, ‘you’ve got a money spider’, when I’m expecting like a tarantula on my head.”
“Where’s the fun in that?” Phil retorted.
