Friend’s of Kim Kardashian have shut down rumours of a romantic relationship between the reality star and comedian Pete Davidson after the pair were papped holding hands at a theme park.
Kim and Pete were joined by Kardashian sister Kourtney and her fiancé, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, at Knotts Berry Park on Friday evening.
The unlikely duo sparked the rumours after Kim was spotted holding Davidson’s hand whilst screaming on a rollercoaster, despite trying to keep a low profile throughout their trip.
A source told People: “They hang in the same circles so they will be together from time to time. It’s just friends hanging out.”

Sources also noted that Kim and Pete have been friends for years prior to the outing, which was organised by Kourtney and Travis, and that they had no romantic interest in each other.
Multiple sources discussed the relationship between the billionaire influencer and the SNL star, but all denied anything other than a platonic friendship between them.
Speculating fans’ assumptions were fuelled by the pair’s Saturday Night Live performance, which aired earlier this month, featuring Kim and Pete dressed as a famous Disney couple for a comedy sketch.

Pretending to be Aladdin and Princess Jasmine, the characters discussed taking their fictional relationship a step further and shared a kiss throughout which delighted the studio audience.
Kim, 41, filed for a divorce with rapper Kanye West in February this year, but it was reported in September that Kanye wants to get back with Kim.
The 44-year-old rapper held a listening event for his new album Donda, during which Kim appeared on stage wearing a wedding dress.

A source told Us Weekly: “Kanye sees the two of them together and wants to make that a reality now.
“He has been trying to get back in her good graces again and it seems to be working.”
The source also said: “Kim supports Kanye and was happy to be on stage in a wedding dress. She has always respected his art and ideas and was all in for the performance.
“It was not a vow renewal. Kim has been hesitant to get back together with Kanye because he was all over the place.”
