Lorraine Kelly apologises as blouse pops open in wardrobe fail during The Wanted chat

Lorraine Kelly had a very awkward moment on Friday morning after she was forced to apologise to The Wanted for her blouse button popping open.

The Scottish presenter was left hysterical after the buttons on her blouse opened unexpectedly leaving the boy band rather red-faced.

While the Glad You Came singers talked about their new music video, Lorraine interjected and said: “Listen, I’m so sorry my top button just popped in excitement.”

Bursting into laughter, Lorraine apologised to the lads several times while she tried to put herself together quickly.

Band member Jay McGuiness then said: “Directly in my field of vision too. I’ve got my hand in my lap.”

Despite the awkwardness, The Wanted certainly saw the funny side to the situation and laughed it off.

The chart-topping boy band came on the show to discuss their new music and the recent gig they performed to help raise money and awareness of Tom Parker’s glioblastoma multiforme condition.

In September, Tom and the boys reunited to perform the Inside My Head concert.
