Strictly Come Dancing’s much-anticipated final is quickly approaching, and fans are desperate to know who is going to make it into the final.
BBC Breakfast star Dan Walker has been tipped to be the next star to leave the series with his partner Nadiya Bychkova after escaping being axed for several weeks.
Betfair spokesperson Sam Rosbottom said: “Despite controversially never being in the bottom two, Dan Walker is the 8/11 favourite to be eliminated from Strictly next and he is followed by Tilly Ramsay at 2/1 and Rhys Stephenson at 3/1 to face the chop.
“Meanwhile unsurprisingly, Rose Ayling-Ellis remains the strong 1/5 favourite to waltz her way to the Strictly crown.”
He added: “The Strictly market has not seen a favourite this strongly supported in a long time, at 1/5 Rose is well on course and the next few weeks seem a formality having won the hearts of the voting public.
“Despite a top score of 40 last week Tilly Ramsay remains the biggest outsider to win at 50/1 whilst supposed love birds Aj Odudu and Kai Widdrington are the most likely to prevent Rose from winner as second favourites at 7/1.”
Meanwhile, BBC judge Craig Revel-Horwood has revealed why he “fell in love” with Dan during their time on the show together, despite Dan’s rocky start on the show.
Several of the judges have come under fire from viewers for over-marking BBC star Dan, with some fans claiming the presenter is being helped through the show because he works for the channel.
But Craig told Mail Online: “I rather fell in love with Dan, and I didn’t expect to.
“Looking at his dancing, I had no clue why people were voting for him before. But suddenly I thought, ‘Oh, I see why – he’s really sweet.’ I learned a lot about why people vote for who they do.”
Meanwhile, Motsi Mabuse will be missing the show this weekend after coming into contact with a Covid case, and will be replaced by Cynthia Erivo, who replaced Craig last week.
Strictly airs Saturdays and Sundays on BBC.
