Ant McPartlin's ex Lisa Armstrong shares sad career news ahead of Strictly live show

Strictly Come Dancing make-up artist Lisa Armstrong left her fans gutted as she shared an announcement about her make-up range on her social media page.

Lisa, 45, revealed that her make-up range for Avon has been discontinued after a fan reached out to her on social media about the collection.

The fan wrote: “Morning why am I being told Avon are stopping stocking your range?”

Lisa replied: “Because they are hun.”

Another follower added: “Morning Lisa, I’ve been using your make up and getting from Avon. Will you be releasing into stores once you stop with Avon? If so which shops will I be able to buy from?”

Lisa responded to them: “No hun once it’s gone it’s gone unfortunately… x.”

She also said to another fan: “It’s was an amazing partnership which I have loved every second off!!! It’s was only ever a signature collection for 3 years and now the time is up…”

Meanwhile, Lisa, who split from Ant McPartlin back in 2018, also sent her followers wild as she showed off her weight loss in a glamorous new snap.

The picture was taken by her make-up artist friend who was preparing her Strictly’s It Takes Two.

Lisa, who is head of hair and make-up at the studio, showed off a glamorous blonde bob and natural make-up, rocking pink lipstick and a subtle eye.

Ant McPartlin’s ex completed the look with a sequin knee-length skirt and a dark top, looking seriously glamorous in the picture.

Her friend captioned it: “Make-up for my beautiful friend @lisaarmstrongmakeup for ITT @bbcstrictly tonight! Make sure you tune in for her and @lisadaveyhair talking all things makeup.”

Meanwhile, Ant and Dec have been caught in I’m A Celebrity chaos as the campmates had to be evacuated due to the castle being battered by Storm Arwen in Wales.

The show announced that it wouldn’t be airing any new episodes until Monday due to fears over safety for the presenters in the wind-swept location.

Strictly’s It Takes Two airs weekdays on BBC at 6.30pm.
