James Argent has wowed fans with his incredible weight loss in a new video.
The TOWIE star, 33, revealed earlier this year that his weight had crept up to 26 stone and that it had got to the point where he had to ask for help doing up his shoelaces.
He has now shed what is thought to be several stone and showed off the dramatic results in a video of him dancing with Gogglebox star Tom Malone Jr.
The pair treated fans to a medley of moves to the track Greatest Dancer, with James looking seriously svelte in light trousers and a striped shirt.
“Whose the Greatest Dancer!? Had to teach my good mate @tommalonejr a few new moves,” the video was captioned, with the hashtag “#privatelesson”.
The star’s friends flocked to the comments section to say how amazing Arg was looking.
“Looking so hot Arg! Miss u xxxxxxxxxxx,” posted Made In Chelsea’s Georgia Toffolo.
“ARG!!!!! Look at how skinny you are man?!!” said Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison.
Fans with also impressed with the transformation, with many calling the reality star “an inspiration”.
“Looking amazing Arg, well done for doing so well,” posted one.
“Arg you look amazing, you are a total inspiration,” said another.
Another follower wrote: “Arg you look really good well done on your weight loss journey you should be really proud of what you have achieved.”
“Oooh Arg, you beautiful slinky boy!” one person posted. “A new post was a long time coming, but this one was worth waiting for! Lots of fun.”
The star told The Sun in January that his weight had ballooned during lockdown.
“I don’t want to die,” he said at the time.
“An op is the only way I can lose weight. I see pictures of myself and it’s too upsetting.”
