Nicola McLean hints at Kerry Katona clash as she says they're 'very different people'

Nicola McLean revealed whether she would be up for returning to I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! for an all-star version with the likes of Kerry Katona and Katie Price, and she said yes.

However, when asked if she thought she would get on with the former Queen of the Jungle from 2003, she revealed that the pair are very different.

Nicola said: “I used to know Kerry, we are very different people, she has a very different humour to me. She’s fine. I think she looks like she’s really on track at the minute. So, good for her.”

The former glamour model, 40, also stated that she has been jealous of past campmates who get to experience the Jungle in its glory, but she definitely isn’t of anyone in the Castle.

She continued: “In the Jungle yes, but not in the Castle. It feels like a totally different show.

“I was especially the first year when I’d left and was watching it at home, ad I was like ‘oh my god, that’s our camp’. So yeah, I definitely feel jealous when I see them go into the Jungle but I don’t when I see them jumping out of planes.”

Nicola then went on to discuss contestant Frankie Bridge’s stint on the show, saying she loved to see her come out of her shell.

She said: “I love seeing her personality because everyone thinks she’s this shy, retiring girl. She has overcome so many mental health issues, she is a strong cookie. I think it’s quite good to see her having a bit of banter.”

“Also, she’s married to a footballer, they all have so much banter. To be with a footballer you need to be really thick-skinned, their personality is just to have banter with you constantly.

Wayne Bridge showed off Frankie’s bum after cheeky I’m A Celeb confession

“I liked seeing her talking about her bum cast, I thought it was quite funny.”

The Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge recently revealed that she had cast her bottom in bronze as a statue and presented it to her husband Wayne Bridge, who later showed Loose Women panellists on a recent episode and kissed it on camera.

When asked whether she would be up for making one herself, Nicola replied: “My friend did one of her boobs as a present to herself, but my bum? I wouldn’t do one, but definitely of my boobs.”
