A child star who stole hearts in the Christmasmovie Nativity has shocked TikTokers with her incredible transformation 12 years on.
Krista Hyatt found fame with her dancing partner Charlie Dixon as “The Cheeky Monkeys” when the duo were just eight years old and competed in season two of Britain’s Got Talent.
Dancer George Sampson won the 2008 series but Krista and Charlie went on to star in the feel-good film Nativity which was released in November the following year.
Krista starred as Becky, a kid from a rival school who wears her hair up in braids, and fans are gobsmacked at how she looks all grown up.
The blonde 22-year-old made a TikTok video teasing fans in the run-up to Christmas and asking them when they were going to be putting on the movie again.
“Not long til you get to see Becky and all the bad Bs on TV again,” she writes in the on-screen caption.
Her videos have been liked more than 400,000 times and people in the comments said the movie was a firm Christmas favourite.
One viewer joked: “You think I haven’t watched it five times already?”
“Nativity is my fave movie and I have zero shame,” said a second.
A third told her: “Babe you better still be getting paid because your role was everything.”
Someone else commented: “My daughter is obsessed with Nativity! Watches it over and over.”
Krista told fans in the comments that she is still friends with fellow child star Charlie but they have gone their “separate ways” and don’t meet up anymore.
She also revealed that her real-life dad starred as her father in the movie and joked it was his “claim to fame”.
Krista says she has left showbiz behind for the time and is focusing on her training as a professional dancer rather than going for more acting roles.
