Former Little Mix star Jesy Nelson has debuted her stunning new brunette locks in her latest Instagram post.
Taking to social media to show her fans her new look, 30-year-old Jesy, admired her bold curly locks while posing up a storm in a sizzling video for her Instagram stories.
Alongside the clip she wrote: “Don’t mind me just admiring my new barnet by the hair god that is @chrissouthernldn,” revealing that the change is permanent after donning sleek light brown tresses with blonde highlights just last week.
In the latest clip, Jesy could be seen with a nude-hued pout and a muted makeup look – allowing her new hair to take centre stage.
Resting her head in the palm of her hand, Jesy’s new chocolate locks looked voluminous and shiny – almost reminiscent of when Jesy first shot to fame on the X Factor.
This comes after it was said that Jesy was “devastated” following a fashion blunder that led to her facing accusations saying that she was disrespecting the black community.
Jesy performed at Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard at London’s O2 Arena the other week, but suffered a wardrobe malfunction that left her hitting the headlines once more.
Arriving at the event, Jesy walked the red carpet wearing an orange coat with the words “Market Black” written across her chest – but the placement of her hair caused an awkward moment when she was papped.
With her hair falling over one of her shoulders and trailing down the other, the word “black” was the only word on show – which brought the blackfishing claims to the forefront of conversation once again.

When it happened, The Sun claimed that she was “devastated” after the negative comments she received. It was also alleged that Jesy was advised to fire her stylist.
A source said: “She had no idea, when her hair was pulled over one shoulder on the red carpet, that it was covering the start of the logo.
“Jesy was so upset when she was told what had happened and was shown the photographs. She was totally focused on her performance and this put a huge dark cloud over everything.”
