Former Love Island contestant Francesca Allen has announced she received “the best Christmas present a girl could ask for” as she celebrated getting engaged to her mystery man.
Taking to Instagram, the reality star who shot to fame in 2019 during series five of Love Island, announced the Christmas Day Proposal to her thousands of followers as she shared a few snaps of the special moment.
The star shared two pictures on her Instagram page of the festive engagement.
In one picture Francesca’s fiancé, whose name is unknown, can be seen on one knee proposing to the influencer.
In another picture, an over the moon Fran is sat on her fiancé’s lap at a private members’ club in London where she revealed her very sparkly diamond ring.
A delighted Francesca captioned the photo: “The best Christmas present a girl could ask for. I’m marrying my best friend. I still can’t believe it.”
It didn’t take long before Love Island stars fled to the comment section to congratulate Francesca and her partner.
Love Island 2020 contestant Demi Jones commented: “Congratulations, you beautiful girl”, followed by many love-struck faces.
Fashionista and former Love Islander Yewande Biala added: “OMG so happy for you Fran! Congrats to you both.”
Alex Bowen, Teddy Soares, Kaz Kamwi and Nas Majeed were also amongst the many Love Island stars who congratulated the newly engaged couple in the post’s comment section.
Francesca appeared on season five of the ITV dating show Love Island in 2019 but failed to find love after coupling with Curtis Pritchard and Michael Griffith – she lasted around two weeks before being dumped from the show
Francesca’s beau’s name is still a mystery, as the star didn’t tag her fiancé in any of the posts.
She first revealed her relationship with the mystery man around a month ago when she posted a snap of the two kissing.
Although the man in question appears in a few of her posts on his Instagram page, Francesca plans to keep his identity a mystery.
She even trolled her Instagram followers recently.
Fran had taken to her stories to share a picture of her fiancé with a meme over his face, writing “Y’all been asking,” alongside a laughing emoji.
