After struggling to adjusting to life as a step-mum, the former reality star set up the platform in the hope to help other parents in similar situations.
She said: “Christmas is hard, holidays are hard when everything isn’t how you want it to be. If you’re having to share your children with your partner, you’re on your own, you’ve lost someone and you’re really missing them.
“There are so many reasons why Christmas can be difficult and when you look on social media it can often look perfect. Please don’t be fooled because everyone has their struggles. They just might not all share them.
“If you don’t want to get out of your PJ’s [today] and you want to stay in bed, do it. If you want to not eat Christmas dinner, not cook a roast, don’t do it.
“Do whatever makes you happy and please don’t be stressed by what everyone else is doing. I hope you’re okay.”
She captioned the video: “Merry Christmas, Always remember, you are not alone,” she also linked the number for the Samaritans.
