Karren Brady has teased what fans can expect when The Apprentice finally returns to BBC One this week.
The popular series has been off screens for two years and will make an epic comeback on Thursday night.
Lord Alan Sugar will welcome 16 new contestants to the boardroom and will eventually award one budding entrepreneur a cheque for £250,000.
Karren, 52, appeared on This Morning on Tuesday morning to promote the upcoming series of The Apprentice.
She told hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary: “The Apprentice is back with a bang and back to its best.”
Viewers were later treated to an exclusive clip from Thursday’s series launch where the contestants are sent on a cruise ship by Lord Sugar.
Speaking via a video link from her holiday in the Maldives with the family, Karren added: “As you can see, I get sent to watch the boys team and it really is back with a bang.
“There are also some surprises this series. A familiar face returns dressed up for one task.”
The Apprentice finally announced its 2022 candidates on Tuesday.
Vying for Lord Sugar’s attention and £250,000 investment are ambitious entrepreneurs, who will be willing to do what it takes to reign supreme.
Fans of the hit BBC show will be expecting to see numerous cringe-inducing moments and embarrassing hiccups as the candidates race around trying to make some decent money.
There will be 12 tricky tasks over the next few weeks to help the contestants prove themselves.
Lord Sugar and his aide Karren are back to judge the candidates’ skills alongside Tim Campbell – winner of the first series in 2005.
Tim takes over Claude Littner’s place as he recovers from an accident.
The businessman had the accident in April while riding an electric bike that injured his right leg so badly doctors considered amputating it.
Tim said he was both “saddened” to hear of Littner’s accident and “excited” to fill Claude’s chair.
The Apprentice returns to BBC One on Thursday January 6 at 9pm
