Casey Batchelor recalls racy glamour model past as she flaunts impressive weight loss

Celebrity Big Brother star Casey Batchelor has unveiled her jaw-dropping 2.5 stone weight loss after she whipped back into shape following her third child.

The reality star, 37, gave birth to her daughter Daisy in June this year and began working out 12 weeks post-partum, going from 11 stone to 8 and a half stone.

She shed the pounds with the help of her fitness platform Yoga Blitz, which is now in its fourth year of success, having helped users drop over 400 stone in weight.

The gorgeous model is also mum to two other young daughters, three-year-old Florence and one-year-old Sadie, and says the experience is “crazy” and “like raising triplets”.

Despite having only “four and a half hours sleep most nights”, Casey feels better than ever with the help of her app which she says is made for busy mums like herself.

Not only does she look absolutely incredible, but she reveals the app has also helped with her mental health and the likes of her Yoga Blitz users too.

Casey told the Daily Star: “From doing Yoga Blitz, I’ve even had people say it’s really helped with their mental health, it really helps with my own anxiety too.

“One man had even said he was suicidal but after doing the programme it’s really helped him and given him so much confidence, which is amazing.”

Looking back at where her career began, she praised music videos and glamour modelling for giving her a huge platform.

She was first known for her iconic stint in the Mason vs. Princess Superstar – Perfect music video where she showed off her famous figure which led her into working for the Daily Star.

Talking about the video, she said: “That music video was iconic and it took us touring all around the country. It’s actually how I got into working as a Daily Star girl.

“They featured it in the Star on Sunday as a spread and ended up just using my picture. And then they had loads of people writing in asking ‘who is that girl?’

“And so they called me in for a chat and asked if I would sign a deal with them to be a Star girl.

“Then I worked as the main girl on the Star on Sunday for the next four years. That then got me my spot on Celebrity Big Brother as that’s how I got more known.”

Nowadays, she spends less time modelling and more time running after her little ones who she shares with fiance Dane Goodson.

When asked if she would be keen on having any more children she said that “three is probably enough” and explains she spent most of her twenties pregnant.

However, now she’s most likely done with her litter, this means more reality TV doors can open again.

She continued: “We have said that three is probably enough, so I don’t think we will be having any more at this stage. and now I’m not pregnant I can probably say yes to a lot more things.

“I’d love to do some of the shows like Strictly, I’m A Celeb… So, you may be seeing me on some of the reality shows in the future. I’ve spent the past few years being pregnant so I haven’t been able to do anything like that but who knows going forward.”

Casey’s Yoga Blitz plan with multiple plans on is available now priced at £29.99 for 3 months access. To sign up go to www.yogablitz.com
