Strictly Come Dancing’s Giovanni Pernice has issued a career update as he shared some exciting news with his fans on social media.
He revealed to his fans that his This is Me tour is almost sold out, with only a few tickets remaining.
This came after he had to postpone it due to the coronavirus pandemic, but the pro dancer said that the break hasn’t affected the success of the show.
He shared a snap with the tour locations, revealing which ones had been sold out, and wrote: “This is incredible …
“I guess all of us can’t wait to be back at the theatre.
“You can still book at www.giovannipernice.com. I LOVE U.”
Meanwhile, he and Rose Ayling-Ellis shared an evening over dinner and drinks after their victorious series win in December.
The dancing duo sat together in a cosy London restaurant, sharing pasta and cocktails as they hung out on a bustling Saturday evening.
31 year old Giovanni showed off his dinner date on his Instagram stories and the pair jokingly implied that they were not happy to see each other.
The first video showed Giovanni and Rose in a stare-off as Rose sat with her arms folded and they both wore a steely expression. They then turned to look daggers at the camera and he sarcastically captioned the video: “Nice catch up.”
The next video showed Rose, wearing a red turtleneck jumper and silver hoop earrings, about to tuck into her dinner.
Giovanni said: “Happy days, food,” to which Rose replied: “Food!” and picked up her cutlery. The pair joked around and repeated the word food multiple times before the video ended.
Fans have always adored Rose and Giovanni together, especially after their choice of song during Couple’s Choice week. The pair took to the floor to dance a piece to Symphony by Clean Bandit and Zara Larsson but the performance took an unexpected turn.
The music purposely cut out halfway through to replicate Rose’s lack of hearing ability, a move which saw their dance win Heat Magazine’s TV Moment Of The Year.
Rose recently reflected on the past year and posted multiple pictures of what she had been up to, including many with dance partner Giovanni.
She wrote: “Stay afraid but do it anyway. What’s important is the action. You don’t have to wait to be confident. Just do it and eventually the confidence will follow.”
“That is definitely what 2021 did for me, the year of growth, discovery and surprises. I cannot wait to see what 2022 will bring,” she concluded.
Giovanni replied with a few red heart emojis which set fans into speculation, despite Rose’s strong six year relationship with boyfriend Sam.
The pair try to keep their private life out of the limelight and Sam did not appear in the Strictly Come Dancing audience until the final.
