Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s star Khloe Kardashian is being slammed as ‘greedy’ for selling her daughter’s used clothes online.
Khloe, 37, and her millionaire family, have a resale website called ‘Kardashian Kloset’ where they sell an array of second-hand clothing from the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
The website warmly invites customers to buy from their online store and purchase items that members of the million-pound family have worn, as well as other garments.
It reads: “These pieces have been hand-selected by each family member and are available exclusively for the public to purchase.”
On the site, the family’s aim for the platform was to invite customers to be apart of the Kardashian-Jenner “family lifestyle” by allowing access to ‘one of a kind items’ through a sustainable way.
Khloe had taken to Twitter and tweeted that she posted some of her daughter’s, True Thompson’s, second hand clothes on the boutique site.
She tweeted: “Omg, I miss seeing True in these outfits”, followed by a link to the business’s site.
The tweet had been met with major backlash after some of children’s clothing featured on the website had been priced at considerably high amounts, with one dress being priced at $556.00 (£408.00).
One avid Twitter user said: “Who would pay that much for children’s clothing, let alone used. Who gives a damn about brand names. So disgusted when these clothes could be donated to people in need.”
Other children’s clothing currently available on the website include an Oscar de la Renta dress ($395), Gucci tennis shoes ($250) and a Givenchy sweater ($247.50).
Another angry user tweeted: “I don’t understand reselling the clothes when you clearly don’t need the money, it’s just greedy and someone else in need could use them.”
It is unsure whether any of the business’s profits are donated to charity, and Khloe, so far, has not commented on the matter.
True Thompson is Khloe’s first child and whom she had with her former serial cheating ex-Tristan Thompson, 30.
