Katie Price’s fans are gearing up to watch the star transform her Mucky Mansion from a run-down county pile to a gorgeous family home.
The former glamour girl has landed her own Channel 4 series which will see her giving her 19-room house – which is set in grounds of 10 acres – a serious makeover after it fell into disrepair.
She will also be roping in her children to help freshen up the West Sussex pad.
But just what has the TV star got planned for the renovation?
We have a look at some of things that we might see on the show.
Exorcism
Katie reportedly held an exorcism to clear the mansion of ghosts before filming started.
The 43-year-old previously said the ghost of a little boy and some other spirits were inhabiting the house.
According to The Sun, Pricey had an exorcism carried out in the room she has earmarked for her son Junior to eliminate anything supernatural – and taped the whole thing for the programme.
“Katie filmed an exorcism at the top of the house, where she thinks is haunted – it’s due to be Junior’s bedroom – for the cameras,” an insider said.
“Who knows if it’ll make it to air as it was quite spooky, but she’s hoping the ghosts are banished forever and she can turn it into a happy home.”
Special room for star’s mum
Katie is apparently planning to build a special room for her mum Amy, who has life-limiting condition idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
A source told The Sun that a “royal room” in bright colours is being created at the property, which Amy had a hand in.
“Amy’s style is very tropical – parrot print on the wall, palm trees – a lot of pink and green – and while filming was going on, she was worried how Katie would react when she saw it!” the insider said.
“Everyone’s calling it the ‘royal room’ – Amy’s putting her own spin on the design and it’ll be a special tribute room to Amy so Katie always has a memory of her in the house.”
Fake grass
A teaser for the series has shown mum-of-five Katie and her eldest child Harvey shopping for artificial turf at a garden centre.
But it seems it wasn’t for the lawn, but for her youngest son Jett’s bedroom.
The clip showed Katie and Harvey selecting a huge roll of fake grass as she tells the salesman: “We are actually using it for wallpaper.”
“Wallpaper?” he replies. “Yeah, that will be different.”
“So no-one has ever come here and asked for that for wallpaper?” asked the star.
“I wonder how popular that will be now. I think it will look good. Sometimes you’ve got to think outside the box.”
Viewers can probably expect plenty more design ideas from Katie, as according to new magazine she would “love to be the next Stacey Solomon” when it comes to all things creative.
Huge £45,000 pay day
It has been reported that Katie is pocketing £45,000 for her show, which will pay for the work she’s doing at Mucky Mansion.
A source told The Sun: “Katie hit the jackpot with the show – she got a £45k fee and didn’t have to put any of her own money into the project.”
The insider said the costs are being paid by the production company and that the celeb has “landed a lot of freebies from companies who want the exposure of being on her show or her social media”.
However, a Channel 4 spokesperson said: “Production did not pay for the costs of any renovations of the house.”
The Mucky Mansion series starts on Channel 4 at 9pm on January 26.
