Dancing On Ice’s Rachel Stevens “still wants to feel sexy” and can’t wait to get into skimpy outfits for the ITV skating competition after training has left her feeling super toned and in shape.

Rachel, who shot to fame when she was an S Club 7 bombshell, is now 43 years of age and a mum to two kids.

Despite having settled down with her family, the blonde beauty still wants to show off her incredible body while inspiring her two girls to feel confident in themselves.

Speaking to The Sun she opened up about the process of picking out outfits and extravagant ensembles to wear on the rink, with the stunning star saying that she knows what works on her body, while the team behind Dancing On Ice knows what works for the show.

“They know what works in terms of the show and I know what works in terms of my body. It’s just playing with shapes rather than trying to hide or cover anything,” she told the paper.

Rachel also revealed that she feels toned after training for the show, explaining to the publication: “Now I definitely feel more toned. Getting in my costume for the first time I was like, ‘This is so much fun!’ But you’ve also got to feel confident.”

When she was younger, she was named Rear Of The Year and The Sexiest Woman Of All Time, with the latter being her favourite accolade.

Speaking to the paper, Rachel opened up about body confidence and feeling sexy, where she even spoke of the titles she picked up back in the day.

She said that she will “absolutely ride off that title forever,” referring to ‘The Sexiest Woman Of All Time’ award.

The 43-year-old singer-turned-skater spoke of how the early noughties were a fun time for her at 21, and how when she did sexy photoshoots it was “lovely to express that side of herself.”

Rachel explained how she wanted to feel sexy in her forties and wants to feel “more empowered as she get older,” something that is important to her because she wants her two girls to grow up feeling confident.
