Big Brother's Grace and Mikey welcome new baby as they share adorable name

Big Brother’s Grace Adams-Short and Mikey Dalton welcome the birth of their new baby son.

The married duo welcomed their fourth child together, Atticus Henry Dalton, who arrived on January 3, OK! reported.

The pair also share three other children together, Georgiana, 10, Spencer, six, and Allegra, three and have teased that the their family is now complete.

Grace said, “‘We’ve just had a baby and four is a big number!”

With property developer Mikey adding, “We’ve also got the dog too, so I think we’re complete.”

Grace described the birth as being “stressful” and was induced early due to her having a condition called anti-C.

She said: “I had to be induced early as I had a condition called anti-C, which can cause complications with the baby’s antibodies. I never had it with my other pregnancies, it was stressful.”

The pair opened up about how they were overwhelmed with emotion when they held baby Atticus, who weighed 9lb 6oz., for the first time.

Mikey said: “We both looked at each other and just started crying.”

Grace added: “I had a bleed at the beginning of the pregnancy , so it was emotional, you just want everything to be alright. So when it is, you’re delighted and relieved.”

Reflecting on motherhood Grace said: “It’s hard work, but it’s so rewarding. It’s such a blessing to be able to have so many children. We feel fortunate to have a big family.”

The Liverpool based couple met during series seven of the show in 2006 and went on to tie the knot in 2009.

Following a 30-day stint on the show from May to June of that year, the unlikely pair struck up a romance almost straight away.

In October 2009, it was revealed that Mikey and Grace had tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony held in Grace’s hometown of Plymouth.

Grade admitted: “We got engaged after four months, which may sound quick but we got to know each other so fast on the show, so it felt right for us.”

Grace runs a successful performing arts school in Liverpool, whilst her other half runs an advertising company.
