Eva Longoria, 46, shows off famous figure in sizzling snaps as she shares fitness regime

Eva Longoria showed off her stunning body as she posed in a backless sparkly lurex swimsuit.

The stunning actress showed off her enviably toned figure in a series of scantily-clad photos as she chatted about her fitness regime to Women’s Health magazine.

Eva, 46, looked far younger than her years as she showcased her curves in the striking images.

Talking to Women’s Health Eva admitted that keeping fit helps her stay on top of her mental health – and she loves one particular activity above all others when it comes to keeping her body in shape.

She explained: “I really work out for my mental health.

“Ironically, bouncing on this trampoline is low impact, so you get a sweaty workout without all the pounding on your knees. Plus, it’s so good for lymphatic drainage.”

The Desperate Housewives star admits that she started rebounding – the correct name for trampolining – when she was stuck at home in lockdown in 2020.

She was inspired when her friend Elsa Collins co-founded an online community for Latina Women titled Poderistas and began posting videos of her workouts.

The actress says trampolining helps her to stay mentally and physically healthy

Eva recalled: “I was like, ‘Oh my god, what are you doing? You look crazy.’”

She was inspired to join an online class and says “First, I had to figure out how to jump on the thing,” but now bounces a miimum of five times a week, “if not every day.”

Eva elaborated further on the psychological benefits of the classes as she admitted it helps with focus and staying mentally sharp.

She said: “It makes me present. You really have to focus on the routine and memorize the movements. They switch sides a lot, which can throw you off, so you have to be on top of it. I love that.”

But Eva admits despite her fame and the unrealistic standards set by social media, she doesn’t feel pressure to look or act a certain way.

She added: “I don’t really have an attitude like, ‘Let me put this facade up for social media but be another way in life’.

“Sometimes people are scared to be themselves, but I am who I am.”
