Ant and Dec take brutal swipe at ITV co-star Lorraine Kelly on Limitless Win

Geordie double act Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly took a cheeky swipe at Lorraine Kelly on their new gameshow Limitless Win.

The dynamic duo returned to our screens on Saturday night (February 5) with their final episode of the series for their new ITV gameshow.

During the show, the pair welcomed a new host of contestants as they took on the limitless ladder for the final time.

For the second half of the show, Carl and Ayesha took on the Limitless Ladder, but one question left the pair in stitches as they took a cheeky swipe at the talk show host on air.

The pair cheekily suggested the chatty host could “talk the hind legs off a donkey” in their bruising swipe.

The happily married couple were asked: “In weekday schedule, at what time does This Morning usually start?”

As Ayesha rattled through the morning shows on ITV, she started to put them in order from the earliest to the latest starting with Good Morning Britain.

She said: “What’s the first one with the news? GMB? That finishes at nine and then you have Lorraine after, and then is it Loose Women or This Morning?”

To which her loving husband answered: “No Loose Women is further on isn’t it?” which allowed her to workout what time the popular morning show started.

She went on to say: “So, are we saying it’s on after Lorraine? So, it’s about 10 [or] 11 o’clock because she’s on her own so she can’t be talking for that long.”

It was at this point that Dec butt in saying: “Oh Lorraine Kelly can talk the hind legs off a donkey,” while Ant agreed: “She can talk that one, can’t she?”

Embarrassed of her passing comment, Ayesha gushed: “Sorry Lorraine” before she submitted the answer of 10 o’clock.

Luckily, the pair got the answer correct and added £10,000 to their jackpot, but their success didn’t end there as they went on to earn a grand total of £75,000 on the new game show.

Her partner, fondly nicknamed ‘half-a-job Carl’ struggled to hold back the tears as he was overcome with emotion at the thought of taking home such a large sum of money which would help the happy couple to buy their “forever home” with their daughter.
