Corrie legend Beverley Callard, 64, puts on stunning display in sweet date night snap

Former Coronation Street actress Beverley Callard enjoyed an intimate dinner with her hubby Jon McEwan.

The actress stunned at her Valentine’s Day meal while wearing a pretty frock.

She shared the sweet snap on her social media on Monday.

Beverley captioned the cute pic: “Valentine’s Day Dinner with my [love heart emoji]”

Fans flocked to the comment section, with one saying: “Happy Valentines. Fab place food is amazing, hope you enjoyed too, we have just having a rest prior coffee.”

A second added: “Wow!That dress is goals! So feminine!”

While a third penned: “Happy Valentine’s Day from little old me in! Love the dress!!! You look fabulous… then again, you always do! Enjoy x0x”

The I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! camp mate first married Jon McEwan in 2010 after he romantically proposed to her in sunny Spain, and described him as a “megas**g” on the ITV show last year.

This comes after the star hinted that she might be returning to the Rovers in the future, news that will no doubt overjoy fans of Coronation Street.

The soap star hinted that she might return to her role of Liz McDonald when she starred on Celebrity Catchphrase on Saturday night (February 5).

Speaking to host Stephen Mulhern at the start of the show, Beverley dropped the exciting bombshell that is sure to leave fans at home in a frenzy of joy.

Introducing the star, Stephen dubbed Beverley a “Corrie legend” before revealing that she had been in more than 2,400 episodes of the popular ITV soap, over a duration of 30 years.

The cheeky chappy host then asked Beverley: “Last time that we saw Liz, you emigrated to Spain, so does that mean you can come back one day?”

She announced the news to host Stephen Mulhern

To which she said: “Yes, she could do, she could do.”

Before teasing: “When I’m not busy I might think about it.”

Stephen sounded full of joy when he then told her how much of a great character she was on the cobbles, and Beverley then said that she did have a “great time.”

One fan took to Twitter to say: “Oh I love & adore the lovely @Beverleycallard such a lovely kind funny lady I hope Lis returns to the cobbles one day but wish Bev all the success in the world in her future projects #Catchphrase.”
