Charlotte Church says horny fans turn up to shows and ask her to sign fake nude snaps

Masked Singer finalist Charlotte Church has described the moment horny fans asked her to sign “fake” nude images of herself.

The 35-year-old singer appears on the latest episode of Kate Garraway’s Life Stories on Thursday night, where she discussed the weird interactions she previously had with obsessed fans.

Delving into some of the more unconventional meetings or gifts she’s received from her supporters, presenter Kate, 54, asked: “What is the weirdest fan mail or gift?”

Speaking openly, Charlotte replied: “There was one guy who collected my shoes.”

Surprised by her admission, Kate chimed: “Oh hello!”

Charlotte giggled but admitted that the experience was “pretty gross.”

The star added: “People would often turn up to shows as well with fake nudes of me and ask me to sign them, and I’d be like ‘are you serious?’

“They are not my bosoms and no, even if they were I wouldn’t be signing you porn. What do you think you’re doing?”

Wanting to find out more, Kate asked: “Have they done like some clever trickery with the picture?

Charlotte agreed: “Yeah exactly there are loads of fake nudes of all sort of celebs out there, so yes they do fake nudes of me.”

Kate interrupted: “I wonder if there are any fake nudes of me?”

Charlotte said: “Oh there definitely are, I haven’t looked but there definitely are.”

Laughing along with her, Kate replied: “I’m quite glad because they are probably better than the real thing.”

Charlotte came on the show to discuss her career as a child star, her relationships and her turbulent teenage years.

Elsewhere in the interview, Kate asked Charlotte whether she knew if her behaviour as a teen was having an impact on her mum and dad.

Charlotte replied: “Look as far as I was concerned I needed to be free.

“I had to be a specific way for a long time and all of the normal ways which we grow and how puberty happens and how girls become women was stifled in such.

“I felt that I had to be this other eternally young innocent little girl and that’s not where literally biologically life was taking me. I just had to cut the ties,” she expressed.

Kate Garraway’s Life Stories featuring Charlotte Church airs tonight (Thursday) at 9pm on ITV and ITV Hub
