Good Morning Britain fans were stunned by Richard Madeley’s interview skills as asked John Barrowman a really “brutal” opening question.
The ex-Dancing on Ice judge took to the daytime show to unveil details about his new tour and presenting role on All Star Musicals.
Before John had a chance to explain what he’d been up to, Richard chimed-in with a question about the TV star’s past.
Last year, accusations were made that John had exposed himself when working on the set of Doctor Who.
In an apologetic statement at the time, the actor defended that his behaviour had been nothing more than “tomfoolery”.

Hoping to move forward with his leave allegations in the past, he appeared on the programme to discuss his next adventure.
However, Richard and hist co-host Susanna Reid had other ideas for the discussion.
Richard kicked off the chat: “A lot of people in this country would have assumed your career was over.
“When all the reports came out of this party trick you used to do, which is basically exposing yourself to colleagues which you thought was very funny at the time, and all this came out – and it would seem to many of us that that kind of sunk your career.

“And yet, here we are talking about brand new projects. How did you turn it around?”
John paused and took a moment before he replied: “I don’t think it’s me that has turned it around. The public understand that it was tomfoolery, that it was a joke and silliness and wasn’t sexual harassment.
“And you say it was my party trick, but everybody who was there on set and part of the fun, all enjoyed and laughed about the silliness that went on … Also, the cancel culture – they’ve tried to strip my career of over 35 years that I’ve worked very hard with and had a lot of fun and have been very open about all this silliness.”

Many GMB viewers were outraged that Richard wasted no time at all with bringing up John’s past.
One fan wrote: “Richard Madeley interviewing John Barrowman is new levels of cringe I’ve not experienced before #GMB.”
Another penned: “It doesn’t look like John Barrowman was expecting that question from Richard #GMB.”
A third tweet read: “”Wow. I don’t think Barrowman was expecting that opening from Richard Madeley #GMB.”
While a fourth said: “Richard went straight in the deep end no armbands #gmb.”
