The reality TV star shared the clip onto her Instagram Stories of her squatting in her home gym, captioning the snap: “Glutes are on [fire emoji]”
Kady wore a matching black lycra gym wear set which complemented her glowing tan well.
The Love Island beauty also showed off her impressive figure in a new Instagram clip.
This comes just days after the 26-year-old bombshell shared some more impressive footage from another workout session.

The former dating show contestant donned a matching gym set but this time wore her long locks up in a ponytail.
She captioned the video: “#WorkoutWednesday and today is full body with @sophiehamshere.
“I use to only want to do leg day but I love full body days more now! Felt amazing after this session so tag your workout buddy and give it a go!”
Fans flocked to the comment section, with one writing: “Best in the business.”
