In upcoming scenes, Mandy is left heartbroken to find out that the pair have already tied the knot.

Former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Lisa told Daily Star has other press: “Mandy is broken to the core when she finds out the truth.

“This is deception from Vinny and Mandy can’t forgive him.

Emmerdale’s Lisa Riley says Mandy Dingle turns to a former flame after being left heartbroken by Vinny’s betrayal

“It’s heartbreaking because Vinny is the last person Mandy thought would deceive her.

“She feels the only god giving reason Vinny would cause her so much pain is because she’s not his blood mother.”

Amidst a postal mix-up, Samson Dingle (Sam Hall) hands Noah Dingle (Jack Downham) an envelope addressed to “Mr. & Mrs. V. Dingle”, arousing his suspicions that the pair had got wed without telling anyone.

Mandy can’t believe Vinny got married to Liv in secret

Noah tactfully reveals the envelope, which contains Liv and Vinny’s marriage certificate, to Mandy, who is floored by the reveal.

When Vinny arrives, a devastated Mandy presents him with the certificate and asks for an explanation.

Vinny’s left guilt-ridden when Mandy explains that she sees his secret wedding as a betrayal of their relationship.

The next day, Vinny and Liv try to heal Mandy’s hurt by inviting her to be their guest of honour at the wedding reception but will she accept?

Lisa has revealed that Mandy will turn to her ex-husband Paddy for support as she deals with her family drama.

The soap icon said: “Mandy’s oldest, oldest best friend sorts everything out and we’re going to be playing a lot of lovely stuff.

“It’s Paddy who makes her realise that actually when they were kids and the same age they were exactly the same as Liv and Vinny.

“Paddy is the ultimate hero of the day. He reminds Mandy of a few home truths.”

She teased: “Something also happens which makes the audience realise more there’s something special between Paddy and Mandy.

“It’s something about their deep-rooted friendship that Paddy and Mandy will have forever which helps Mandy realise why Vinny did it.”
