ITV's Lorraine makes savage dig at Dancing On Ice's 'accident prone' Connor Ball

Dancing On Ice’s Connor Ball was ripped into by ITV host Lorraine Kelly after he reeled off his list of gruesome injuries from the show.

The Vamps star has been caught up in many a blunder this series and has made multiple hospital trips to treat his painful injuries.

He was welcomed onto the show by Lorraine on Wednesday (March 9) who asked him to talk her through his list of injuries.

Connor explained: “There’s been a lot, I’ve split my chin open, I’ve had five stitches in there, I dislocated my shoulder. Then I ripped my leg open in like three places and had 14 stitches down there as well. Yeah, there’s quite a lot of bruising going on.”

Later in the conversation, Lorraine couldn’t help but make a cheeky dig and handed the star a trophy that highlighted his clumsiness.

She stated: “Now look, there is a present for you, an early birthday present, it’s a wee trophy just for you. In case you might not win, but I think you’ve got a blinking good chance of winning, but here you are the most accident-prone contestant that Dancing On Ice has ever had. Have that with pride.”

Luckily, Connor saw the funny side of things and replied: “This means more than anything.”

She then quipped: “I think this has to be in your toilet.”

“More like the main mantelpiece,” he laughed.

This comes after previous show guest Ryan Reynolds had to be bleeped out after branding his movie co-star a “cheeky little b******”.

The Hollywood star chatted about his new film The Adam Project to Lorraine, who asked him about his young co-star Walker Scobell, 13.

She asked him: “What about your co-star Walker, he is a wee bit of a scene-stealer, don’t you think?”

To which Ryan, 45, replied: “Yeah he’s a cheeky little b****** I’ll tell you that much. He really is.

“There’s no stopping that kid. He’s amazing. We read hundreds and hundreds of kids for that role and the second sentence out of his mouth we knew he was the guy.”

Lorraine continues weekdays at 9am on ITV
