Kelly Brook has revealed she is in agony after a chemical peel left her face burnt.
The 42-year-old star said she underwent the procedure as it’s meant to make you “look good” but that she was struggling with the after pain.
She spilled the beans about having it done during a chat on Heart Radio with her co-presenter DJ Jason ‘JK’ King.
Kelly said her mascara was running as she had a lot of cream on her face after having the peel.
“I’ve burnt my face, I’ve burnt it all over,” she said. “I’m in so much pain.”
She went on: “I have done a chemical peel haven’t I? Again. I never learn. I never learn.
“I’m shedding like a snake.”
Kelly said her make-up was “smudged” and not staying on properly because she was using so much cream “to try and take down the swelling”.
“It’s so painful!” she moaned.
The star is known for embracing her curves, and has previously suggested that her body confidence really improved with age.
Speaking to The Sun’s Fabulous magazine in 2020, she said: “I’m a size 10 around my waist but a size 12 around my boobs and bum.
“That’s my healthy, happy size. Some of the skinniest times in my life have been my most miserable. When I lost my dad in 2007 I was eight and a half stone. I would not want to be in that place again.”
The model and TV star said as she had got older she just wanted to be “comfortable and stylish”.
“I want to look nice, feel good and be the best version of myself, but I don’t want to look like a 20-year-old, I want to look like a good 40-year-old,” she said.
