Hailey Bieber returns to social media after hospital dash following blood clot

Hailey Bieber has returned to Instagram after a recent health scare that meant she was rushed to hospital.

The model experienced “stroke-like symptoms” and was told that she had a blood clot on her brain due to a lack of oxygen.

Luckily the star appears to be back in full health as she took to Instagram to share an outfit post from her wardrobe with her 41.9 million followers.

She posed with her leg extended in front of her, showing off her athletic calves and bronzed glow as she pouted for the mirror selfie.

Hailey stood in front of a huge rack of clothes and wore a bright yellow tie dye shirt, black cycling shorts, a brown baseball cap and a grey jumper thrown over her shoulders.

She paired the look with a black shoulder handbag, white socks and a chunky pair of white, yellow and blue trainers.

The 25-year-old styled her hair in two simple braids and rocked her natural beauty with minimal make-up and a glowing complexion.

In the next post, she shared a glimpse of her day as she sat by the pool.

Hailey reclined on a sun lounger in front of a sprawling blue pool and a lush green forest as she read a book in the sun, taking some well deserved rest and relaxation after the stressful ordeal.

The star had previously opened up about her health scare: “I was sitting at breakfast with my husband when I started having stroke-like symptoms and was taken to the hospital.”

“They found I had suffered a very small blood clot to my brain which caused a small lack of oxygen, but my body had passed on its own and I recovered completely within a few hours,” she assured her worried fans.

She called it “one of the scariest moments” she has ever experienced but was quick to mention that she was “home now,” “doing well” and is “grateful and thankful” to the healthcare workers that took care of her.

Hailey’s husband, singer Justin Bieber, gave concert goers an update on her wellbeing during one of his recent gigs.

He told them that she was “okay,” “good” and “strong” before admitting that it has been “really scary” for the couple.
