The Chase's Jenny Ryan wows fans with dazzling snap as fans praise 'gorgeous' quizzer

The Chase star Jenny Ryan looked incredible in a red shirt dress as she stepped out to a London event.

The brainy beauty – best known as Chaser The Vixen on the hit ITV quiz show – looked totally transformed from her on-screen alter ego in the glamorous satin frock.

Teaming the garment with a pair of black ankle boots and black tights, Jenny accessorised her look with large black-framed glasses.

Jenny, 39, wore her red hair down in a sleek straight style and added a dash of red lipstick to compliment her outfit.

The quiz expert was attending the opening night of Wicked with its refreshed cast in London on Thursday.

As she posted the snap, she praised the viewing of Wicked, but fans were certainly interested in her glamorous look instead.

One user wrote: “Stunning,” while another said: “Love your dress.” Meanwhile, a third fan chirped: “Gorgeous!!”

Jenny is most often seen embracing a more casual look in her downtime from The Chase, recently sharing a make-up free selfie with fans as she joked that the image looked like the cover of a folk album.

Sharing the snap to Instagram with her hair flowing around her face Jenny wrote: “Oh hey it’s the cover of that one outstanding folk album I released in 1975 before disappearing to live on a ranch in Arizona”.

Jenny was recently forced to strike back at a cruel troll who targeted her on Twitter, branding her their “least favourite” on The Chase.

One disgruntled viewer took to the social networking site to take aim at Jenny in a scathing tweet that has since been deleted.

The hateful diatribe read: “You are our least favourite (apart from @ Darragh Ennis).”

“You just come across as a complete smarta***.”

Jenny then hit back at the troll as she admitted that she is just doing her job when she makes clever comments.

She quipped: “Literally my job, babe x”.

Fellow chaser Darragh – known as The Menace – then joined in the conversation as he added: “Ooh, I’m the least favourite? Finally, I beat you at something!”

Seeing the funny side Jenny added: “My favourite bit of the Tweet is his attempt and failure to tag you.”
